2. Chastise doesn't work on targets that have absorbs up, for example if you chastise another priest with PW:S up, it'll get absorbed.

3.Only the Chastise damage should get absorbed, not the whole effect.

That's not only problem with this spell,

sometimes it deals damage twice (and that's the cause of Chastise breaking, it basically breaks itself)
