DUNGEON BUG "Shadowfang Keep"

My team and I are doing dungeons in "inconditional" mode. In this opportunity "Shadowfang Keep" and we got killed by a bug. The 3rd boss "Lord Walden" cast "Mistery Toxin" (lvl 85) as you can see in the screenshoots and in the reason of death taken from your discord. It is not fair to die for a reason like that. Few days ago (31/08/2026) it already happens but me team and I believed that it was our fault, so we erased the characters and create new ones (I attached the screenshoot of last time too) but ut happens again. 

Please is it possible for you to review this case and revive us?
