[Warlock] [Spell] Demonic Circle: Summon & Teleport (all glitches)

1. Name of not working spell/quest/npc.

- [Warlock] [spell] http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48020 and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48018

2. Description of the problem.

- Problem №1: Missing the green dust after using the spell.

- Problem №2: When the Warlock is with Destruction Specialization and have a already casted http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48018 does not displaying the buff.

3.How it must work.

- When Demonic Circle: Teleport - Demonic Circle: Teleport be used must leave this green powder. (category: visual glitch)

- The buff needs to be added to Destruction Specialization, because in other Specializations like Affliction and Demonology the buff appears and it works properly.
