2.How it works : Faerie Fire used in Bear Form also silences the target for 3 sec, but the 15 sec cooldown doesn't work. Conclusion is, spell can be used every 6 sec.

 

3.How it should work : Faerie Fire used in Bear Form also silences the target for 3 sec, but triggers a 15 sec cooldown.
