Cant Vote

When i try to vote it says Please fix the following input errors:

With this IP address, today have already voted in this rating.

 

I've tried voting with 4 different place with 4 different IP address too still same plz fix this issue.

I dont know what country you are from, but often IP's from certain countrys are being blocked by the vote website.
