1.Master Marksman(passive Marksmanship) Link

2.So when I get a proc from Steady shot and I get 1 stack of Ready, Set, Aim... (link) for 30 seconds. The problem is that when I get a second stack it doesnt refresh the Ready, Set, Aim... buff for its 30 seconds duration.

3.When I get my first proc, it should give me the buff and 1 stack and when I get second proc I should get another stack and the duration of the buff must be refreshed but it isnt.

6.Some help to see how it should stack and refresh: video of someone playing hunter- video

watch from 1:20 to 1:30 and observe the stacks and duration of the effect at the top right corner.
