Character death due to interaction bug in "High Priest Venoxis" quest

Dear Pandawow Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical technical issue that resulted in the death of my character in Hardcore mode.

During the quest "High Priest Venoxis" (ID: 26555), while attempting to complete the final event and interact with the escape ladder, the object appeared highlighted in gray. Upon clicking it, the game repeatedly displayed the error message "Invalid target", preventing me from using the intended quest mechanic to reach safety.

Due to this environment bug beyond my control, my character could not escape and died. I respectfully request that you review the server logs to verify this error and consider restoring my character.
