Can't see the realms

Hi, i'm new here. After tries and retries to start playing i finally managed to log into your server, but the realms are missing, i can't see any of them 3. I found a similar thread with the issue unsolved (you just redirected the guy to the "how to play" page, where it's not even suggested a solution to this problem here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=95878). Anyway, i tried unsuccesfully some of the "solutions" you suggested there just in case. As you told that guy to post again if the problem persisted and he didn't, i'm doing that myself with the few information i can give you:

 

1.- I just downloaded the game client and installed. Haven't tried to log on another server.

 

2.- My config.wtf is as follows:

SET locale "enUS"

SET installLocale "enUS"

SET realmlist "logon.pandawow.ru"

(i had also tried the original russian config.wtf)

 

3.- i start the game with the launcher (since it connects to your server i think it has nothing to do with it, but just in case).

 

4.- here's a screenshot of what i get while trying to select a realm:[ATTACH=CONFIG]59105[/ATTACH]

 

I don't know what else i can give away, hope you figure out what could be wrong.

You start old launcher, server updated to patch 5.4.8, read connection guide.
