Albino drake problem.

Hi, After getting the 50 mounts my friend deleted her character with her albino drake in the mailbox, is there any solution to get it back?

Once you reach 50 mounts albino drake is sent to all of your characters across all realms. She should check a mailbox on another character on same realm or on a different realm.

Thanks for your reply, she just checked every char but she doesnt have anything in the mailboxes. Maybe it is a bug?

Could be, did she have any non-account bound mounts on the character she deleted? For example, Vicious Warsaber, any gladiator mount. Cuz if she did have 49 account bound mounts and 1 character bount she just has to get 1 more account bound mount to get Albino. If not, then I don't know what's the problem and she should contact a GM.

No, she already has more than 60 mounts and nothing happened, how do I contact with a gm? I thought this was the best way, the send a ticket tool in game is not working.

As far as I know the mount gets send to a character that achieved the achievement once she learns the mount it will be account wide.

 

If your friend did not learn the mount I would suggest she /he posts a forum post in HERE and provides screenshots of the achievement that has been completed and the staff will look at it.
