As I saw you can't get it via vote point shop, can't grind rep for it (quatermaster dont works)... So how did some ppls got that cape and gem? I saw one hunter using legendary meta gem and warlock linking his legendary cape with gems and enchants on it... Lanstus Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 I'm not sure that GM's are allowed to add items to anyone including their alt toons, players you saw with legendaries may have got it in the very release of 5.4.8 patch because there's a chance (tho this is just my opinion) that they got it regular way but the quests were on auto-complete bug.
