So i found the pattern after a long grind but when i learned it in didn't show up in profession and this is a big deal for me because with out it i cant make any good or epic armor so pls just tell me you know of the problem and you are going to fix it because this is a deal breaker and i don't think i want to keep playing if this is not fix. Like just tell me something about it because nobody is talking about it i cant get any info so pls get back to me. Thank you

It's probably a bug, some recipes are not shown in your profession or they disappear when you logout, you should make a bug report and describe this in detail, link of wowhead item that you looted and spell that you should've had in you profession tab. And then hope for Developers to fix it in next update.

i have done all of that i just want them to tell me something anything even if they say they have no interest in fixing it that's ok but the fact that they cant even be bothered to write one stinking answer is the last straw i am not asking for much just a short message that they actually read this stuff and that i am not wasting my time writing this.

I don't think that the staff of any private server will tell you that they won't fix a certain bug. They'll probably tell you it's gonna be fixed. But...
