Heating Up Bug

Problem: If the target has an absorb that completely absorbs the damage done by a fire ability it will not grant a "Heating Up" proc regardless if it crit or not.

 

How it should work: A critical strike with a fire ability should grant the buff http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48107/heating-up even if they have an absorption effect up.

Priority Level: 10/10 This bug is game-breaking for fire mages as they rely on http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48107/heating-up and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48108/pyroblast in combination with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=12982/shatter to deal effective damage and if they are not working properly it stops fire mages from functioning to a playable degree.
