Changing Language Error

So hello everyone that is reading this thread.

I've got a problem with starting my WoW. When the language is set to russian it works. But then when i change my lang to english it writes:

Data\enGB\locale-enGB.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection.

I tried to delete Cache, change Config.wtf , downloaded different PandaWow.exe but nothing helps. The game just works only in russian lang.

Any advices please?

The game doesnt even start at lang set to english. But russian lang works perfectly.
