Invisible Vendors

I can't see some of the Socket Vendors, all Enchantment Vendors, the Honor and Conquest Vendors and the Start Item Vendor. Am I missing a patch?

Are you still downloading the game? and when u patched it did u delete the "Cache"(not sure how to type it atm) folder and the WTF folder?

I only put in the config for english and replaced everything from the Zip file that I downloaded. I didn't delete anything afterwards, just played PandaWow-64 and it worked fine until now (with a few exceptions aka crashes).

I myself need to go check this on my account cuase I atm don't know if it's bugged foe me and everyone else and not only you. (But that has to wait at work atm)
