about buying/selling characters

so there was this guy, he wanted to buy my hunter for 275, which is good because many people are selling their chars for that price, so i go to the website to sell my char, i put 275 but it ends up being 300 or something so i re put my char at 250, it ended up as 275, the guy buys my char but then i find the surprise, i got 250 bonuses not 275, there is this 10% tax, i never read anywhere about it, theres no notice or anything when you go sell your char so now i have to vote and wait 3-4 days to get myself 275 bonuses and buy a new char

put a big notice somewhere to let people know about it
