First of all Juster, how can my text be a lie if i have proof?

 

And 2nd, the rules are not same for russian players, explain why i get 30 days ban for saying "idiot russians" and they don't get punished for spam?? Explain why.

 

Explain why russian hackers don't get banned??? Explain why they insult and don't get ban. Explain.
