Hey! Sry it's not a global bug, but for me it's a bug :) So my char Shedénia-pandawowfun

 

Talent tier1, tier3, tier4 are buggy, cant be learned, i did repair, cache delete, etc.

This bug is came out when i I wanted to change my talents in arena start, today, so ye Pls help me with, because i cannot play without, Thanks
