Issue: If you stand in the Holy circle, Surge of Light will start proccing insanely much

 

What should happen. Shouldn't give so many procs at all.

What will happen? It gives x2 instant flash heals, which means skilled priest.

you abuse this in arena all the time, ive seen u sit inside of the sanctuary backpeddling and spamming flash heal.

Surge of Light is so bugged, it proc when you cast any Spell, either Dmg or healing spell.

When i cast Mind Sear it proc SL WTF???? the same occurs with Holy Fire.

Although i wonder if Passive Atonement should proc Surge of Light because penance proc it, i don't know if is for heal (by Atonement) or damage.

it is still bugged,

you can mind blast it procs... even if you mind sear...

yea they "fixed" by removeing the chance to proc from the charka to 0% and it does hive procs on retail .. by this the mass healing chakra become useless !
