stuck on connecting

after the recent update on x100 i can no longer access control panel or login in to the game

 

i type in my info and stalls at connecting

 

 

any ideas why?

 

 

EDIT: got past that now it says my account needs to be converted

 

ive played forever this is just now happening why?
