Problem with any killing blow announcer addon

hi ! i have the full client from pandawow and running as admin on windows 8.1 , and im trying to use any killingblow announcer addon , like killshot , pvpsounds , msbt , kblow .. but any of these works for me is like they wasnt detecting the killing blow event :(, i have tried everything to make them work but no luck , if any could help me to fix this issue i would be eternally grateful .

i use killing blow enhanced.. but what i had to do was make sure it was for 5.4.8.. thats how i got mine to work.. download the 5.4.8 version of it. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/killingblow_enhanced/799170

And what about MSBT ? Is there any working version for MOP ?
