Problems to open Launcher , Not mentioned how to fix in titan's Post.

Description of the problem: Hello! So today as I tried to open the game it says weird thing '' C:/pandawow/PandaWoW-64.exe. The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.''

I did read the Titan's post how to fix things but this one hasnt been mentioned ( maybe I didn't see? I'm sure there wasnt such one).It's first time ever that this is happening.

Maybe this is something obvious but , I don't get it.
