T16 heroic elemental shaman

Hello Im elettrick.. Orc shaman.. Just noticed that Set bonus from those t16 does not work. And its bad because It give nice damage burst. ( even if shaman does still alot of dmg).Nvm fix it.

Tested only on fun server. So i don't know if on other server does work. If it work then it will be easy to fix for you guys. Sorry about my bad english.
