Can't find NPC Tydormu on Fun realm

So i've got some tokens that i want to exchange but i cant find the NPC that allows me to do that somone please tell me were i can find it cause some forums says that he is on the hyjal raid of caverns of time but in fun realm he is not there

Same thing can't find this elf, he don't spawn.
