Cant enter areans BGs and cant invite other people to my party

Additionally it tells me Starter accounts cant invite other characters

Please Help

This bug appears occasionally, personally I do not know the reason, but a server restart will solve it. Until then, hope for a GM's help, maybe they can correct it :)

Enter in a dungeon and then leave it, It should solve the problem.
