Problem whit my exp bar

Can someone tell me why my exp bar is gone ??? i can see it and when i complete a quest i dont get exp!!!

i fix the char from site , i delete cache errors but nothing change i dont get exp from mobs npc quests from nothing please help me i wont to play!!! ;(
