Can't connect to the server

Hi guys, my nickname in-game is xEddyHD and i have the 5.4.8 version of the game...i get it from torrent and my problem is that when i try to connect with nickname and password, the game don't start and a label appears (image below). i tried to solve the problem fixing the character, deleting the cache, interface and WTF folder, restart pc/internet and tried to re-download the torrent.

i'm now playing with VPN but i think the admins banned my ip for no reason :\
