Flag of ownership removed from misc item shop

Hello, the flag of ownership (http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=38578) is in my opinion a very fun item, and i'd really love to own it ( no pun intended :P ). I heard it was for sale in the item shop, but i can't seem to find it, is there any possible way that i can acquire it ingame ? if no please can you bring it back to the item shop ? Thanks
