How do i get the game in english? need someone to explain good

I changed the language in the game to english on the WoW menu and told me to restart client for it to work. So i closed it and opened it back up and its still in russian. How do i get to work?

You have to set the config.wtf to english in order to get the game working. Please just follow the guide
