Incentive to 3s

There should be a reward for playing 3s to certain rating because no one is playing 3s at high rating, all you get in 10-20min queues into a triple dps team or a very low rated team.

 

i am on the most PvP active realm (FUN). I've heard 100x is far worse.

 

You need to add transmog gear, or rewards for higher rating, exp 2.2k you get elite gear, 2.3k you get a tabard etc
