tips for enchantment weapons "rogue"

hi everybody, you think it is better to use dancing steel x 2 or Glorious Tyranny and dancing steel ?

Dancing Steel + Glorious Tyranny.

 

If you get disarmed, you can't do any damage whatsoever in 8 seconds. Your damage comes from auto attacks, Stormstrike & Lava Lash.

 

You can Elemental Blast, but without Stormstrike debuff & Maelstrom stacks, you'll do 0 damage. Won't even be able to get it off in the first place.
