Mount problem

Ok so this is what happened. I was doing Zul Gurub with my warrior killed Bloodlord Mandokir and he dropped a mount http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=68823 I looted it since I was in group but my friend offline I had to roll for it which I won. Exactly that moment I recieved it server notifies restart. I hearthstone to stormwind and wait for restart there. When realms came back up I log on my warrior and I don't have that mount in my Inventory.

I couldn't take a screenshot of my bag because my Bagnon got bugged when I accidently opened bags in combat.

What I want is GM to add this mount on my character so that I don't have to farm it since it has drop chance below 1%.
