NOT POSSIBLE TO GET INTO DUNGEONS AS A HARDCORE PLAYER

Hi! There is a problem with dungeons for hardcore characters. When you try to get into it a message appears "Map cannot be entered at this time" but if you try to get in there with a normal character there is no problem and you can get into it. 

Please is it possible for you to check it?
