Double Dancing Steel does not proc twice.

Enchant - Dancing Steel

 

Description:

x2 Dancing Steel does not proc twice when you put it on two weapons, only one weapon procs and the second one does not refresh it's duration (Used to before Patch 5.1 hotfix)

 

How it must work:

Patch 5.1 Hotfix - "Item Enhancements

Enchantments using the Real PPM system will now generate two buffs simultaneously, rather than simply refreshing the duration of an existing effect."

 

Here is a video of a Rogue on Retail in Patch 5.4.8 with Dancing Steel x2 Enchants. NOT x1 Bloody Dancing Steel and x1 Dancing Steel
