Problem with getting cloud serpent flying skill

I want report a bug issue in my quest line for getting the flying skill of cloud serpent , in the quest in which i had to choose the egg, the quest disappeared. Moreover the quest [Egg Collection] from the same mob (Instructor Tong) is bugged too since i cannot loot the eggs..

 

i tried it with my alt too and the same problem occured , i accept the quest but nowhere appears...
