Dungeon and Raid difficulty

Hello everyone!

 

I've been trying to do some dungeons and raids, both on x10 and Fun. My problem is that the difficulty settings are a bit messed and mixed up. Firstly, I can't seem to choose from all the options (10N, 10H, 25N and 25H). I think only the heroic ones work. I can't really express what the problem is, but the dmg and hp of the mobs are not scaling correctly. Before I make some research and before I create a thread in the Bug Tracker, I wanted to ask you whether you experienced something like this. So please discuss :)
