HUNTER BUGS THAT NEED FIXES 100/10 @ZEOX, @JUSTER!!!!!!!!!!!

1) STAMPEDE: It was reported it here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=93880, and http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=102072

- Gives Hunter partners in group 10500 Mastery, (ALL hunters are abusing this in arena) @Zeox you said you will fix this. This makes powershot deal 200k crit and makes the pets bite 70k (per pet) !

- Stampede pets DO SPECIAL ATTACKS! Each of these pets do 50k BITE EACH!!!! and there is 10 of them 10/10!!!
