Dodge works against ranged attacks(!)

2. I'm having hard time killing monks since they have a lot of dodge and can apparently they can dodge my ranged attacks. I'll try to attach a screenshot soon.

6.Priority of the problem: 8 for BGs, 10 if considering hunter is trying to climb the arena ladder, since every team with dps monk bashes him.
