To start the quest you have to get "Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion" (http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=92426#dropped-by). This item should drop from rare mobs on the isle of thunder, but I killed 8-12 rare mobs (at some point I stoped counting ...) and it didn't droped :( Thanks for your answers :) Link to comment

I dont know :( even if u donate the quest scripts are bugged i have the quest on me:[ATTACH=CONFIG]67304[/ATTACH] also the drop rate is not affected by server rates so my tome dropped on 25+mob Link to comment
