fix the wintrading and pve roguing very easily

block the same IP from being able to login from 2 different accounts or more, allow only 1 online account per IP, so if a 2nd account logins from the same IP, the previous account gets disconnected, this alone would solve the wintrading for the most part and stop rogues from waiting in gurubashi using 10 different accounts
