[Suggestion]Burning Seeds vendor

First of all, hello everyone.

 

This is my first post and I have a reason for it.

 

As Fandral's Flamescythe is bugged and Burning Seeds collection is impossible because it's bugged too, then I'm going to suggest ot it to be added to a NPC, which will sell other vanity items too that players would usually get if it weren't bugged.

 

Who approves?
