char transer still no mail

Hi i wanted to transfer my char Nelyaz to a other Acc. and its said it was gonna send out an email but it didnt.. so i wonder what to do now plz help have a nice day

 

 

and still no mail in spam folder. !!

 

and i checked both the from and to acc. and no mail at all. nelyaz the char i wana m transf.

i have problem too when i go on link for transfer it says:

Character transfer has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

 

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Character transfer from the recipient list and send the message again.

pls help me
