Hi, i used to play here last decade, and organized a few tourneys here. Retuned to retail for mop but its dead now and i dont want to pay blizz, id rather pay you.

I have logged several evenings in, found 1 active bg running, managed to que 2-3 3v3 soloq games. Tons of ppl just sit in duel area and do nothing. 

Id like to propose few things to up the activity with MINIMAL effort:

1. like on warmane make a timeblock only for 3v3 soloq (and team) games. id actually check it out. Preferably every day. With custom error msg when trying to que other places. Concentrate activity instead of pretending there is an all-day queue. Even if server has only 30 interested players, getting them online simultaneously changes everything, thats 5 matches at the same time.

2. Id even appreciate a timeblock for anything. bc when i log in i cant guarantee ANY game in the next 15 minutes. And i can q only for 1 thing at a time. 

3. im a healer and i guess healers are the bottleneck here? like on warmane i wait in q 30s while dps wait for 5 mins. If 99 dps are in que with 1 healer, there is 0 games. during the activation period I would give healers an extra reward for completed legitimate games. Not rating. Something cosmetic/account-wide/currency capped per day, thats REALLY meaningful that ppl would log their alt healers instead of main DPS. Make it so good we make healers wait 5 min in que, then the bottleneck is solved, and you have active games. 

(yep you most likely lose arpu bc of #3. yes, without any ques there wont be any activity and growth).

4. Activation. PandaWoW has a positioning problem to solve to attract new players. Current descriptions at https://www.top100arena.com/listing/84146 or https://mmotopforge.com/world-of-warcraft/news/9d372a30-38fe-4cb4-afcd-e29ceebddc56 are generic and do not mention PandaWoW advantages. current MoP classic discussion is full of exactly the pain PandaWoW can exploit: low participation, difficulty finding partners, fighting the same teams, and people explicitly wishing there were solo-queue options. That's anecdotal rather than population data, but the pattern is remarkably consistent. Reddit. So Panda's proposition should be closer to: MoP PvP. No LFG. Queue arena solo. Log in and que. Not:Best MoP private server! x100 rates! 10-year-old server!

5. reactivation. lots of emails, testing proposition and reactivation. This actually requires marketing effort which is a weak point i feel. Also removing or fixing the authenticator i hadd to fight with when i logged in last year for the first time in 4 years. 

You cant compete on 2s with mop classic YET. mop classic will last 6+ months for sure. You can compete with 3v3 soloq (and perhaps 2v2/1v1 aoloq but who cares about that?).

I already told them a milion times to upgrate the website with INFORMATION ABOUT THE XFUN REALM FEATURES, NOBODY KNOWS WTF IS GOING ON IN THAT REALM YET IS THE BEST REALM OF ANY PRIVATE SERVER I'VE EVER PLAYED AT

fix the damn website ty, not even the fucking idiots on x100 realm know that the xfun realm is instant lvl90 or that gives free 522ilvl pvp gear and gems and gliphs and all that, its insane the lack of information, the server is good, the website and advertisement are not good
