Thunderstorm Cd bug?

It's Cooldown is 45 without the set bonus http://i.imgur.com/8yqxOLV.jpg

The set Bonus's reduces the cd of Thunderstorm.

 

And 22.5 with set bonus http://i.imgur.com/WIl84JH.jpg

 

And with the glyph http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=63270/glyph-of-thunder

It reduces the Cooldown of thunderstorm by 10 sec. But it doesnt, it reduces the Cooldown to 17.5

If im wrong, please explain this to me. if not, i recommend you staff members to fix it as soon as possible.

Thats not a bug. Base cd of Thunderstorm 45 sec. With glyph, cd down to 35 sec. With glyph+set bonus, 35 sec cd reduced by 50% (35*0.5= 17.5 sec)
