Rules: How to report a player

Please create a new topic in this section with the following information:

Subject: A brief description of the violation and game realm.
The text of the topic:

1. The nickname of the violator or all participants in the violation. You can also add a link to his armory in control panel, it contains important information about character and violator will have no chance to evade the punishment in CP-Shop or via deleting.
2. Game Realm where it happened.
3. An accurate detailed description of what happened, what the violation consists of. Review the criteria for bans and mutes, to make sure that a penalty is issued for this violation.
   1. If you create a report about bug abuse, the topic should describe in detail what the bug is, what the player did, with links or names of abilities / bosses, etc. in Russian or in English, without any warcraft slangs
   2. If you create a report for the usage of third party programs (cheats), the video must be attached to the topic with exact time indication when there was a violation.
   3. If you create a report for "ninja-looting", first of all, a screenshot should be provided with the conditions for the looting in the raid, so that it can be seen which agreements were violated.
4. Proofs: screenshots or video (depending on violation); The game screen must be complete, not edited or cropped, and the interface must be enabled.

You should know, that:

1. "Everything on the video" - it's not a description. In the screenshot or video proof everything should be visible. Detailed description is also needed for a better understanding of what you mean. A detailed description of exactly how player abused a bug is needed not only to understand the situation and reply in the report but also to send the report to the developers.
2. Information and nicknames on the screenshot or video must be visible. If the representative of the administration finds that the resolution of the image is not decent or if you have hidden your nickname, then he has the right to refuse the complaint and demand from you another proof.
3. Screenshots must be original, not edited neither cutted. In-game Chat, date and time (in-game calendar) should be should be visible. Screenshots without date and time can be rejected.
4. Videos and screenshots should be played and opened without downloading. We do not accept proofs which should be downloaded.
5. In order for the video to be played in all countries, the sound must be original or absent, and the video must not contain music.
6. If someone will try to deceive the administration and forgery the screenshots, the author of the report will get banned both in the game and forum, as clearly server rules are stating.
7. If the author provides a screenshot/video that has already been provided in the section of "report a player" in the past and this proof already got approved in the past, this will be considered as a fraud of the administration. The author of the report who deceived the administration will receive a ban in the game and on the forum.
8. In complaints concerning fraud, "ninja loot", the author must provide the entire conversation, and, in particular, the beginning of the dialogue, when the terms of the deal /raid loot are negotiated, as well as the fact of deception.

9. All the reports that won't be written according to the rules will be rejected.

10. Pointless discussions and everything else that has nothing to do with the report against the offender will be considered as an off topic and might lead to the ban.

11. Flooding the section with useless topics that are not relevant to this section or "empty" topics is also against forum rules and users who will do such things will receive 3 days ban in their forum accounts.

12. Do not "bump" topics.
