1. Efflorescence (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=18562/swiftmend) Yes it's Swiftmend. Reason for this? Efflorescence is part of Swiftmend (Originally, without the Glyph) As you can see in Swiftmend tooltip it tells you the healing of Efflorescence. (Changelog patch 5.4.1, latest MoP changelog) 2. Two major problems: -targeting -healing amount Targeting: (In order to facilitate telling the report, party member 1 = Josh, party member 2 = Luke) Efflorescence targeting priority is kind of messed up. If I stand in Efflorescence area with Josh it should heal me and him, right? Well, it doesn't. Instead it heals the Mushroom itself and Josh, rudely ignoring me: giving me zero heals. http://imgur.com/VsTT2JN If I stand in Efflorescence area with Josh and Luke it should heal me, Josh and Luke, right? Well it doens't. Instead it heals the Mushroom itself, Josh and Luke. Poor Mushroom trying to humanize itself and it will ignore me again. So no heals for me. http://imgur.com/OqRbMNC If I stand in Efflorescence area all by myself, no one around, it should only heal me, right? NOT. Mushroom will only heal itself and once again ignoring me. http://imgur.com/5YhPbOm Healing amount Swiftmend's efflorescence tooltip: ''In addition, restores [13966 ( + 129% of spell power) *0.12] to the three most injured allies... etc'' Unbuffed, my spell power is 35339. In Pandawow, my Efflorescence heal 13555 per tick and while Mastery is active 17893 (my mastey is 32.24%) while out of PvP combat. Following screenshots about Efflorescence healing in PvP combat: No mastery active: http://imgur.com/awFoSMI Mastery is active: http://imgur.com/Qi3SeJS Notes to be taken from last screenshots: In the screenshot in which I don't have Mastery active you can see the combat log and the uppest sentence says Efflorescence healed 15832, this heal was done to person who wasn't in PvP combat. In the next screenshot in which I have Mastery active, Efflorescence heals a feral druid for 21849. This heal was done to a person who wasn't in PvP combat. Let's calculate how much Efflorescence should heal. First in PvE combat (No Battle Fatigue) No Mastery active: 13966 + 45587.31 * 0.12 =13966 + 5470.4772 = 19436.4772 Rounded to 19436. Mastery is active: (my mastery is 32.24%) 19436.4772 / 100 x 32.24 = 6266.32024928 19436.4772 + 6266.32024928 = 25702.7974493 Rounded to 25703. Now in PvP combat. (Battle Fatigue applied) Battle Fatigue is 60% and my PvP Power 55.54%. No Mastery active: 60% of 19436.4772 is equal to 11661.88632 19436.4772 - 11661.88632 = 7774.59088 55.54% of 7774.59088 is equal to 4318.00777475 7774.59088 + 4318.00777475 = 12092.5986548 Rounded to 12093. Mastery is active: (my mastery is 32.24%) 32.24% of 12092.5986548 is equal to 3898.65380629 12092.5986548 + 3898.65380629 = 15991.2524611 Rounded to 15991. Efflorescence should heal 12093 per tick in PvP combat while my Mastery is NOT active. Efflorescence should heal 15991 per tick in PvP combat while my Mastery IS active. Remember that all these numbers were based on my UNBUFFED spell power which is 35339, so the numbers should be bit higher if you play RBGs or arenas (Assuming that you're on 550 ilvl) because you have some buffs on. Tested on 30.06.2016 Realm: Fun 10/10 absolutely. - - - Updated - - - If you don't believe my math you can watch MoP Resto Druid videos. (Youtube, Skillcapped, etc) You can see that those numbers are pretty close to numbers Efflorescence did back then. Anyway, I finally got to testify Efflorescence is broken, I hope this get fixed soon! :)

Суть моего предложения заключается в том,что бы сделать Трансмогрификацию на 1 акаунте общей с наличием вещей у основного персонажа.Допустим если создать персонажа на своем постоянно игровом аккаунте маунты общие,так же сделать с трансом что бы не выбивать,донатить шмот на своего ново созданного персонажа,вот когда мы выбираем,допустим затрансить меч,или голову ну любую шмотку,нам предлагает выбрать из наличия вещей какие у нас есть,вот что то типо такого сделать,я думаю многие поддержат меня))!!!Спс за внимание...http://s46.radikal.ru/i111/1606/3b/af4ffe58e85b.jpgЧто то в этом вроде,да конечно если продавать персонажа то транса не будет,но для себя это класс)Вот что бы такой списочек был у твинка)))Исходя ресурсов основы)!

вопрос вот по этому пункту ибо он очень хитрожопо сделан и никаких оговорок нет. 1.7.1 Использование ников/названий гильдий/имен питомцев, схожих с никами администрации проекта. вот смотрим, например у меня перс создан в мохнатые времена и я значит сижу никого не трогаю починяю примус и вроде все ок. и допустим на серве играет еще одно тело с очень похожим на мой ником (разница пара букаф но смысл ника не теряется) и значит этот игрок каким то образом получает модерку гмку ну там сват брат тёлка или классно лизнул не суть дело вообщем он она получил вожделенный кусочек руля у партии, ну чтобы рулить. и что по вашему так сказать недопункту я именно я должен потратить реальные деньги чтобы сменить ник который притом мне нравится и под этим ником играю в разные варики с 2005 года. почему я должен что то делать если кто то неожиданно стал на положняк? вообщем как то так, жду развернутого ответа. ибо когда был создан перс то тот хрен с горы был никем а потом стал тоже никем но на положении и за это получается должен платить баблом игрок?

Dear PandaWoW community and staff, i usually don't write anything personal like this but i think its necessary from my side since pandawow has been a huge part of my free time in the last years. I have been playing on PandaWoW since 13.08.2014 and it's time for me to say goodbye for good. I know i have written 1-2 threads like this in the past but this one will be the last. After officially finishing my apprenticeship as HGA (Hotel guest assistant) last week it's a huge step for me to focus on my future, i won't have time to play video games anymore since i still have a lot of papers to do, i will be working and studying very much so i got rid of all gaming clients i had on my PC. Here for i want to thank all the amazing people i have met on this server and also want to apologize for being toxic and kinda childish. PandaWoW has made huge steps in making the server better to play for you people, so take it easy on them and try to help where you can. Thank you all again, i wish you all the best for your future. No actually the funny part is that you guys are so bad at the game when you don't realize how all the bugs that still exist after a long time make a difference in the ladder and you choose to give rewards to that ladder . Honestly its not about giving rewards or not . Its about caring for a healthy, balanced ladder. And you obviously choose to not give a fuck about existing bugs or wintraders . Even Neff said that he wont ban "Withshadows" the wintrader just because his rating is not high enough to make him able to earn the reward . When in reality he can boost whoever he wants until the season ends with his high mmr as he probably did all the season . "When season ends" . Until then everyone can get r1 from that guy LOL. You can give as many prizes as you want , as long as you start banning wintraders and players that abuse certain bugs .

Предлагаю сделать наказание за "спасибо" под записями, оскорбляющими других игроков; нецензурными выражениями и прочей чепухой навроде троллинга, как например в этой теме http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=184138&p=1118403&viewfull=1#post1118403 - ( шутка хотя и относительно безобидная на 1 взгляд, со скрытым смыслом, но не из той категории, которая понравится человеку, над которым пошутили ) там под постом видны "спасибки" не только простых игроков, но также и модераторов, чей статус просто не должен им позволять делать подобное ( на комментарий вроде "что, смеяться над шуткой нельзя чтоль?" отвечу так - если бы на администратора проекта была создана такая тема, вряд ли ему было бы весело). Даже если они не оскорбляют человека напрямую, они содействуют этому. P. s. на всякий случай оставлю касательно Лика небольшой комментарий -- человек занимается полезным ( да, полезным! ) делом, потому как модераторов в чате я практически не вижу (правда иногда перегибает с капсом и прочими мелкими и безобидными шалостями игроков). В каких целях он это делает меня не волнует, зато серверу спокойнее, и в чате приятнее общаться.
