So as you described yourself such system could be easily abused by any player. In every death from a mob everyone will claim that he got disconnected and hard core challenges will not have any meaning. As I said the other day, if you die due to a significant bug we will resurrect your character as long as you provide valid proofs and developers confirm the importance of the bug. No further discussion is needed for this suggestion, the off topic sadly appeared once again. Declined.
