We can calculate for example: If we removed a pvp power from calculation, this dk should have 194667 attack power, this number cant be reached with pvp gear even with all pots, buffs and etc. (194666 * 2.25) * 0.2 = 87600 NS absorb With pvp power, this dk should have 121667 attack power and 60% pvp power, these numbers are possible in pvp gear. (121667 * 2.25) * 1.6 * 0.2 = 87600 NS absorb

NS is affected by resilience already. You can test it in game.

I know only 1 bug, he is not with Necrotic strike, but affect them. DKs plate specialization (passive spell) increases Strenght two times by 5%. So, necrotic strike are higher for 5% than it should be.

Movie from 5.4.8: (2:30 - 2:40). Dk with all procs (two trinkets, fallen crusader and druid buff) did 81k absorb from NS. And this dk have only 538k HP, so he is not fully geared. Its impossible without pvp power multiplier.

You have a better proof? I mean a proof, that pvp power should not affect NS on 5.4.8

He is in Russian, but as you can see at calculations, necrotic strike was benefit from pvp power on PTR. 2) (3:38 - 3:43). 1 necro with two trinkets + orc racial (without fallen crusader proc) absorbs 76.5k healing. We dont know exactly, how much attack power this dk have.
