Mods are not to blame because whoever wrote the rules is a fucking braindead retard. More than HALF pandawow's rules can be interpreted and applied almost everywhere. They were written so vaguely and poor, anyone can twist and turn their meaning, resulting in people getting muted for ridiculous shit and people not muted for stuff that they should have been muted for. But this is NEVER gonna change as long as these cheap ass russian "BOSSES" want to get rich without investing. They invested in hardware and shit at first, then they milked this fucking cow for years....and they expect cash to flow as it did before, lmao.

This is an exploit and player should be banned. There's no way in hell a fire mage can reach those numbers, not even in BGs with all the temporary buffs.

Easy to test. Pop AMS and fear him 1 second before AMS is finished. (to prevent ANY issues regarding clint=server sync) If fear lands, it's a legitimate bug report.

Mute is legit, Mod did his job. Comparing Licher with Hiro is dumb for the reasons stated by Jonte.

Those numbers can differ depending on target's amount of armor, damage mitigation, armor type, aswell as other auras or buffs. A 530 DK will never do more damage than a 550 DK on the exact same target, with the exact same conditions of buffs and auras. If they do, it's a "learn to play" issue, not a "bug". Considering Pujo doesn't use ~4 skills in the DK toolset, I'm inclining to thing it's a "learn to play" issue even more,

Dk is VERY strong here because of improper scaling of Necrotic Strike, along with other abusable bugs such as Presence shifting in dual specs. Haste is not supposed to affect DK dots at all. Gargoyle hits anywhere between 10k and up to 80k(but only Pujo does 80k, it's obvious why). Blood Tap, altho bugged, is still better than the other talents in the bracket because it's the only on demand death rune button and not something based off RNG. DoT damage is also nice, but most complaining about their damage are the ones who stack full critical strike, instead of full strenght, for Soul Reaper ganks. If they stack full strenght, DoTs are doing regular/intended damage. If they are still too low, they shouldn't be touched untill the Necrotic Strike issue is resolved.

It's triggered by Alter Time. It's bug abuse and the mage should be banned.
