^ Yes but a staff member should hold it professional which he/she failed to do and went on a 'baby rage' fiasco with that guy. The things this guy says are veeery harsh and they can mentally injure a weak person who would care a bit more, honestly it's brutal in some way ! Make sure when someone donates or anything. Add a notification to check their SPAM inbox. It's very important since you may miss a payment or worse - to make your card blocked (depends on the bank).
