I heard from somewhere that it's for ban.It comes from a bugging control panel.I don't understand how it happens,but I know that it's for ban and it comes from bugging control panel.Of course,I'm not 100% sure,but I heard bad things about this.

when you remove read - only attribute,then all the .wtf files are working properly.it can't bug something :D.when they are read - only,sometimes you gotta error,coz they are only readable and can't be "configured"

try to delete cache folder and repair your characters from website.of if you still have this problem,click on properties(on your main wow folder) and uncheck Read-Only attribute,because when it's enabled,some files are only readable and don't work properly
